Ohmygosh! I just read the 5th issue of Kanto Inc. and they included my review in the blurb. Haha. Na-excite and natuwa naman ako. Heehee. :) What's more funny is that out of all the reviews they included, sa'kin 'yung pinakabarubal. LOL
During the peak of Culture Crash, I was still not a comics reader, so it's quite a frustration to jump on the second book of Pasig, created by Taga-Ilog, without any background on it. Nevertheless, I started flipping through the pages of my copy of Pasig Book 2, Issues 1 & 2, and the reading experience was satisfying. All the more that I wanted to back track the first issues of Pasig. Too bad, unlike Beerkada, there's no one I can borrow copies of Culture Crash from.
If there are any reading materials that I am going to recommend, Kanto Inc. would definitely be one of them.
Kanto Inc. is a comics created by Joanah Tinio-Calingo, Taga-Ilog, and Kilayman, under the organization of Point Zero Comics. It's about a BS Nuclear Physics graduate who landed her first job in a call center but got fired afterwards because of a weirdo customer who complains about his computer being inhabited by a duwende who also will eventually become her next employer.
